Side Solidarity, then you can really take your opponent off guard when they're prepared to take down a lock deck and you've gone to beatdown. It's really fun. :3

I currently side 3x solidarity for that reason!

since I run a messenger of peace build wattcube would make pretty much any monster too strong to attack. The goal is to block their attacks and beat them w/under 1500 direct attacks.

Watthopper needs to be cut to two, after all you only need two for the lock
Thunder King Rai-Oh is great for this deck IMO
Solidarity and/or Burden of the Mighty are great to make your weak watts get easily overpowered!
You always want a bunch of stuff to protect your powerhouses that aren't overpowered yet, use traps like Threatening Roar, Mirror Force, and Dimensional Prisson to back them up!

Here is a helpful build (solidarity watts) I used to run, it went undefeated for 2 weeks strait and when I sold it, it's record stood at 41-15
