No, I don't think so, Black Rose spamming is not all that broken. It really helps the stability of the game actually, that people are afraid of debris (and by extension Black Rose) it sort of replaces Heavy storm.

I think Debris should be kept off the ban-list. It's not broken until you add Dandylion it seems.

Debris decks are relentless and do not rely on Dandylion. and now with Gungnir they are even more powerful.

Debris can easily make BRD, Gungnir, lvl 8 dragons, and Trishula.
