Rep system

Have you noticed a + - and thanks buttons next to users? Of course you have,that's the rep system if someone makes a good post click the + to help there rep if they make a bad post click the - to hurt there rep if they make a really good post click the thanks to really help there rep. The purpose of this is to see who's good and bad.

Mistake

Before i became a mod, I was replying to crazyninja's machina deck (from my ipod touch) and I accidentally touched the minus and gave him a bad rep. How can i go about fixing that?

Give him a plus rep on another post to even it.
