If I use Compulsory Evacuation Device on my Fortune Lady Light while light is face down, I still get her effect correct? I know in the OCG I do not, but what about TCG?

If "Fortune Lady Light" is returned from the field to your hand, you can activate its effect. (If it was face-down, you must show it to your opponent) [1]

Straight from the Wikia. You must reveal Fortune Lady Light.

At any rate, seems odd you can do it in the TCG and not the OCG. But to each his own I guess.
