New rulebook rule on 0 atk cards

Confirmed by Julia on POJO. Starting in the dragunity SD.
The rule is that 0 atk point monster can't destroy another 0 atk point monster (by bumping heads)

More Clarification:
It was ruled that zero attack monsters can not destroy anything by battle since they have zero attack. That being said, they can not destroy each other either, but they are still considered to have battled.

Will this drastically effect game-play? I don't think it will.

My Reptiliannes are VERY focused on 0 ATK. Now that I can't drop someone to 0 with Naga then ram 'em causes a slight change in strategy.

Well, I run Solidarity Reptiliannes, so the 0 ATK ramming doesn't happen too often. The most abused card in my deck is actually Gardna, not Naga. I suppose that means the ruling doesn't hit me too hard, but enough to be kinda irritating.
