Mass Driver is now banned, can Substitoad go back to 1, 2 or 3 now?

Now that Mass Driver is banned (about time if you ask me), can Substitoad move up the list?
It will give a huge boost to frog decks, but it could break frog monarchs.
I think Konami should test this at one for a format to give frog players there deck back.

Only if DAD goes to 2, and The Envoy's comeback. And then Book of Moon to 2. Because of the Prio rule(even though it's not for the TCG)

Exactly. We follow the OCG no matter what. In some cases, we are late on limiting/banning cards, but for the most part we follow them.
